There’s Value in the Record
Keeping a journal is a like keeping a diary. There is power, being totally transparent. Hey! it’s for your benefit only! You get to see the progress. When you’re slipping off track or spinning your wheels…it’s all there. You are able to watch your personal growth, skills develop, alignments with mentors. Journaling is a personal guide motivating you to stay on track towards your goals whatever they may be.
Take it from the Best
Jim Rohn, renown teacher, author, motivator writes of the importance of journaling here.
Thoughts Rohn’s readers posted was the value of self-reflection. I think that’s one of the biggest things I’ve missed when I became lax with the process. Missing the records of that time.
Don’t make it hard. Use a simple notebook, your phone, OneNote, whatever is handy for you.
It Takes Three Weeks
To make this a habit for you, it will take about 21 days to discover you are looking forward to the moments with your journal. You owe it to yourself and your business to take up the challenge!
